| About Us One Red Sky's very first collection focused on very small UK furniture makers producing distinctive furniture with only the very best materials and combined these with unusual antiques. Although the antiques have sadly now gone, many of the original suppliers still work with us today and One Red Sky's philosphy of only providing exceptional furniture still stands. Some of the companies we now represent to our customers are somewhat larger names with outstanding international reputations but you will still find furniture to suit every kind of home and every kind of budget. |

| Shipping And Handling Our shipping charges are for mainland UK only so please contact us for quotations for any islands or N. Ireland. OneRedSky.com regrets it cannot offer storage facilities to customers without levying a small charge. In the event that customers cannot accept their orders upon the first delivery date offered, a charge of £10 per furniture item per week will be charged. |
| Delivery Schedule 1. Whilst we do our best to advise our customers about delivery times they are to be used as a guide only. 2. In the interest of keeping the cost of deliveries down, we regret named day delivery services are not available. We aim to deliver all furniture orders within 4-8 weeks. You will be offered a delivery date by our delivery partners based on their next available delivery date in your area. 3. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform One Red Sky of any access issues at the delivery address prior to delivery. Our deliveries have the right to refuse entry into customers property if they consider damage could occur to property or to the furniture ordered. In these instances, One Red Sky may levy additional charges in respect of delivery but will advise customers in advance of delivery. 4. Any deliveries made where the recipients are not at the delivery address, or during the time of delivery will be charged a false call out charge to be agreed with One Red Sky in advance of any redelivery arrangements being made. 5. Any faulty, damaged or incorrect orders must be reported to One Red Sky within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Goods must be retained for inspection with all original packaging. No credit can be issued if the goods and packaging which have been disposed of. 6. STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE DOES NOT INCLUDE ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE. Should you require an assembly service, this may be arranged directly with our delivery partners. |

| Guarantee 1. Where specific guarantees are offered by named suppliers OneRedSky.com retains the right to inspect any goods prior to any claim on guarantees. OneRedSky.com retains the right to repair in the first instance. All customers must comply with any assembly or care instructions provided. All guarantees cover construction only. 2. OneRedSky.com retains the right to alter the specifications of furniture in accordance with our suppliers' commitment to quality and continuous improvement without prior notice. 3. We endeavour to make descriptions as accurate as possible, however all measurements are approximate and should be used as a guide only. 4. OneRedSky.com retains the right to refuse to supply. 5. OneRedSky.com operates within UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected. |

| Returns Policy OneRedSky.com complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which states that consumers' shopping by internet or mail order has the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days after the goods have been received. However, your refund may be affected if you do not: - a) Confirm your right to cancel to OneRedSky.com in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. b) Take "reasonable care" of any goods that have been supplied until they are returned to One Red Sky including returning the goods in the original packaging. c) The consumer must make the goods available for collection by OneRedSky.com within 28 days. PLEASE NOTE: The cost of collection is £30 per item with a maximum charge of £120. OneRedSky.com will only fund the cost of collection in the event the goods are faulty, not as described or fit for the purpose. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS: As it is difficult to sell custom-made products OneRedSky.com will charge 50% of the total order value in the event of a custom made product return. This charge does not apply in the event the goods are not as described or fit for the purpose. |
